Shipping FAQs:
By Far the most common question on shipping pertains to the USPS Confirmation number. This is NOT a tracking number. It is a delivery confirmation number. If you want real time tracking please purchase UPS or email me for the upgrade price.
USPS numbers are for CONFIRMING DELIVERY Only.
They are not used for real time tracking as with the expensive carriers like UPS/FedEx etc.
USPS Scans the package on delivery, therefore you will see that same message up until the point of delivery.
I entered the USPS Delivery Confirmation number you gave me and it says "your package was notified by the shipper or shipping partner to expect it for mailing" Has my package been shipped?

When will you ship my product? All packages are shipped within 24hrs of receiving payment (excluding weekends/holidays) An email is also sent confirming your shipment. If you did not receive one please check your junk folder or change your SPAM settings.
Do you combine S&H?
If your payment for multiple items is made as one payment we will combine S&H. The discount is $1.00 per additional
item if shipped together.. (Items with free shipping do not qualify,there are instances when some items will not qulaify for shipping discounts. Please read the item description under the shipping terms to know for sure. Or email us!
If immediate payment is required, we will refund you the shipping discount. If you have not received this within 24 hours please email me.

How long will it take for my package to arrive? The estimated time of arrivals from IDAHO for USPS First Class Mail are as follows :
East Coast:4-6 business days Mid West: 4-5 business days West Coast:2-4 business days Outside US: Priority Mail: 12-15 business days
Can I have the Delivery Confirmation number?
The Delivery confirmation number for USPS shipments are used solely for confirming delivery.
We normally do not give out The Delivery confirmation number unless it has been over 14 days from shipment. Why?
International packages DO NOT have tracking numbers if sent Air mail. They have customs numbers that are tracked through custom stations. Global Priority international mail has tracking numbers only trackable online from USA. Once the package leaves USA they can only be tracked at the destination country custom office.
Why don't you offer tracking numbers before 7 days? 99% of people want tracking numbers so that they know when they will receive their item. The info given above gives an estimated time of arrival. USPS does not give estimated arrivals like Fedex, UPS does therefore you may never see a package in transit. Hence why the site always is the same until the package is delivered.
What if I do not receive my package in 7 days? If you do not receive your package within the 7th business day that you receive the shipping confirmation email then please email us with your full name and address and we will get the tracking info for you. International customers will receive custom numbers that can only be traced internally through the post office and not online
Was my order actually shipped out when I received my confirmation email?
If you received the confirmation email then that means your item has been packaged and was sent to the post office or picked up by UPS. If your package was not shipped you will be notified within 48hrs of payment about the delay and reason.
What carrier do you use?
We ship using USPS or UPS. All free shipping items are shipped via USPS First class in US. All free shipments outside US are sent EXPRESS. We will at times use Fedex for heavier items. It is up to our discretion whether we choose to use UPS for a particular item.
You will be presented with the option of carrier if applicable. If you have a special request we are glad to accomidate, for an added fee for the shipping service requested.
I entered the USPS/UPS tracking number you gave me and it says
""The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on (month/day/year) to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."
Whats the deal? Has my package been shipped?
If you received the confirmation email your package was shipped.
This is the biggest drawback of USPS shipping. As a buyer with this information, you have no idea if it has shipped or not.
Please use the shipment confirmation email from me to confirm your package was shipped.
If you didn't receive a confirmation then check your spam/junk folders next.

Since you have a delivery confirmation number there is nothing we can check. You have the same information as we do.
Unless shipping insurance is purchased there is nothing further we can do.
If you purchased insurance I will be happy to check for you if you have not received your package 10 days after your package has shipped..
My item has not arrived, the address shown on paypal or USPS is incorrect what is your policy?
We ship to the paypal CONFIRMED Address on record. If this address is incorrect, it is up to the buyer to correct this prior to making the purchase.
We have no way of knowing that you have a different address. *Leaving a notation on your paypal payment detail does NOT assure an address change. Our system automatically prints out postage to the address on record.
We will accomidate requests on most items to ship to another address but you MUST EMAIL US, we have no magical way of knowing that you want another address.
An email sent to the above link will be repled to ...this reply will confirm the address change request.
In addition, any address change requires shipping insurance ($1.79-$1.99) depending on the value of the item) be purchased before we ship the item. Our system will issue an invoice for this amount to your paypal account if it has not already been posted.
We strongly suggest all buyers buy shipping insurance, it's money well spent. Most buyers don't realize this until an item is not delivered and expect the seller to make adjustments.
If USPS shows the item is delivered no adjustments can be made. If you have purchased insurance the item must be SIGNED FOR thus eliminating the possibility of theft or loss of the package.
Due to the costs of listing on ebay along with all the other fee's we can't offer to pay the insuance charge. If you wish to roll the dice that is fine and most often all goes well. It's your decsion that is why I leave it as optional for most purchases.
